It is in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard that you will find winegrowers who are passionate about life and who put the vine and nature at the center of their activity. Located in Cestayrols, 20 minutes from Gaillac, the Château de Vignals is more than a wine estate, it is a real place to live to discover all year round.

Come and meet a blended family that comes together around a common dream, that of revising the method of wine production. Concerned about the environment with the desire to take care of the land and the vines, she converted the estate to organic farming in 2013 and obtained the Demeter Biodynamic label in 2020, promoting 7 Tarn grape varieties including Braucol, Duras (for red), Mauzac and Loin de l'Oeil (for white). The result is white, red and rosé wines produced in AOP Gaillac and IGP Côte du Tarn, quality products that express the unique flavors of the Tarn terroir. In love with their region and passionate about their profession, each member of the Château les Vignals team contributes to the development of these exceptional wines available in the shop alongside local products, or on the site if you are not from Tarn. Open all year round, the sales cellar has variable opening hours depending on the season, do not hesitate to inquire or call before going.

Château les Vignals, an estate where conviviality reigns

Designated grape agitators, the winegrowers are happy to welcome you to the estate to present their activity, but also their friends the vines which are pampered throughout the year. In the summer, free walks are offered in the heart of the leaves and fruits, a one-hour route which can be punctuated by a picnic for lovers, family or friends. Remember to reserve your basket in advance to taste Tarn products . Summer is also an opportunity to meet up for an aperitif concert every Thursday evening on the estate, a friendly moment where it is pleasant to toast with a glass of wine from Château les Vignals. The catering on site is provided by food trucks and local producers who delight your taste buds, while live music punctuates the evening. Places are limited, remember to arrive early to buy your entrance ticket (no reservation or pre-sale). You can also extend the evening at the Maison Mistinguette, a magnificent villa surrounded by a vast chestnut park.

The little extra? Winegrowers committed to a responsible approach with the presence of lambs that maintain the spaces, and beehives that produce honey in limited quantities for sale in the Château les Vignals cellar.
