With a deep commitment to the environment and a desire to care for the land and vines, they converted the estate to organic farming in 2013 and obtained the Demeter Biodynamic certification in 2020, showcasing seven grape varieties from the Tarn region, including Braucol and Duras (for the reds), Mauzac, and Loin de l'Oeil (for the whites). The result is a range of white, red, and rosé wines produced under the Gaillac AOP and Côtes du Tarn IGP designations —quality products that express the unique flavors of the Tarn terroir.
