Discover an exceptional area where the Quality is the priority. Created in 2003, Domaine du Grès lives to the rhythm of the seasons in Fijaguet in the commune of Valady, 20 minutes from Rodez. On site, Jean-Marie is a winegrower and harvester passionate about his terroir and in love with his region who offers you unique wines for tasting. Open a bottle and let yourself be charmed.

We speak of an intimate estate since it extends over only 1 hectare, giving Jean-Marie the opportunity to take care of his vines throughout the year. The clay-sandy limestone soil partly terraced gives a beautiful expression of the grape varieties, between balance and harmony. Each year, 3 vintages are produced in Vin de Pays d'Aveyron, with red wines and rosé wines. Since 2022, Domaine du Grès has been in the process of obtaining organic certification , a label highlighting the quality of the wines produced. The organic designation is planned for the 2025 vintages, which will be released in 2026: red, rosé and white.

Jean-Marie's particularity is to bring little-known and sometimes forgotten grape varieties back into fashion. For the red and rosé wines, Fer Servadou and Pinot Noir are cultivated before being pressed, revealing delicious fruity aromas . Since 2023, white wine production has been underway from the Felen and Saint-Côme grape varieties, recently reintroduced to the official catalog of grape varieties available from 2025. With a production of around 3,000 bottles per year, Domaine de Grès offers Limited quantity of wines, to be discovered during a guided tour or tasting.
