Discover an exceptional estate where the Quality is the priority. Established in 2003, Domaine du Grès lives in harmony with the seasons in Fijaguet, in the commune of Valady, 20 minutes from Rodez. On site, Jean-Marie is a passionate winemaker, deeply attached to his terroir and in love with his region, who offers you unique wines to taste. Open a bottle and let yourself be charmed.

It's considered an intimate estate, as it covers only one hectare, allowing Jean-Marie to tend his vines year-round. The soil is calcareous clay-sand. partly terraced gives a A beautiful expression of the grape varieties, balancing and harmonizing. Each year, three cuvées are produced as Vin de Pays d'Aveyron wines, including red and rosé wines. Since 2022, Domaine du Grès has been undergoing organic certification , a label that highlights the quality of the wines produced. Organic certification is planned for the 2025 vintage, to be released in 2026 (red, rosé, and white).

Jean-Marie's specialty is reviving little-known and sometimes forgotten grape varieties. For red and rosé wines, he cultivates Fer Servadou and Pinot Noir before pressing the grapes, revealing... delicious fruity aromas . Since 2023, white wine production has been underway using the Felen and Saint-Côme grape varieties, recently reintroduced to the official catalogue of grape varieties available from 2025. With a production of approximately 3,000 bottles per year, Domaine de Grès offers Wines in limited quantities, to be discovered during a guided tour or tasting.
