A story that unfolds over generations

The Teulier family's love for vines and the land is nothing new. They have been cultivating the region's viticultural riches since 1882, when Philippe's great-grandfather, Dominique, settled here. Year after year, the estate grew, earning the VDQS label in 1964 and then the AOC designation in 1990, allowing them to produce a wine that remains legendary in the Marcillac Valley: Lo Sang del Pais. Today, Domaine du Cros covers 34 hectares, 30 of which are in production, managed by Julien, along with his father, Philippe . It's a beautiful family story of passion passed down through four generations.

An estate that respects the environment and the local terroir

Patience and expertise are the watchwords of these two winemakers, who intervene as little as possible in the vineyards to preserve the authenticity of a single grape variety, Fer Servadou. Also known as Mansois, it defines the typicity of Marcillac with its ancient origins and rarity, giving the wines an exceptional character for the Marcillac AOC, one of the smallest appellations in France. Red, white, or rosé, the wines are deliciously fruity thanks to the unique red clay soil and the influence of three climates (Mediterranean, continental, and oceanic), optimal conditions complemented by respect for the terroir.
