Having fallen into the incredible world of wine since their youngest age, they are now at the head of their greatest dream: the Domaine du Courbiès. It is in the heart of Aveyron in Conques-en-Rouergue, 30 minutes from Rodez, that they welcome you with a smile, happy to present the estate they took over in 2024. Between history, visit, discovery and tasting, what a pleasure to come and meet these enthusiasts!

Domaine du Courbiès is originally a family estate run by Florent and Brigitte, two lovers of Aveyron who take care of the land and its riches offered by the region. In 2024, after a year of handover, Justine and Damien took over this unique wine heritage with the desire to breathe new life into the wonderful work carried out by Florent and Brigitte. This is how projects come to life between the creation of a processing and sales unit, the conversion to organic farming or the opening of a tasting cellar.

Their goals?

• Preserving traditions while bringing a touch of modernity with authentic and characterful IGP and AOC wines that reflect the generosity of Aveyron.
• Being as close as possible to visitors to share their know-how and their passion

A rich history that punctuates Aveyron

If you have a little time, extend your visit to Domaine du Courbiès to discover the beautiful story of passion that spans generations. This dates back to the 9th century, since it was at this time that the first dates of sale of vineyard plots were recorded by the monks of Conques-en-Rouergue. Florent's father took over the work of the vines, followed by Florent himself and Brigitte, who were even the first to request the AOC Marcillac in the commune of Conques-en-Rouergue. The estate is growing, the plantations are evolving, and projects are being put in place, a beautiful promise for the future perpetuated by Justine and Damien, delighted to welcome you to the Estate.
