  Swimming pool, to be reviewed..the terrace around the pool is dangerous, the floor gives way underfoot, around the children's pool there are holes in the floor, the pool surrounds require rapid maintenance..too bad..the children's pool, the entire liner is completely stretched, we get our feet caught in it..it lifts up everywhere..

  Well-located residence. The accommodation is a decent size for a short stay. However, one major drawback of this residence is that it's truly lacking in cleanliness, as if it's abandoned!! It's impossible to count the number of spiders encountered, a cockroach in the apartment found cobwebs on the ceiling; it's quite shameful to welcome such a clientele. The parasol is completely out of order, the terrace is very, very dirty, in short, a real demonstration of a lack of hygiene! The pool: none of the showers work, and yet there are signs everywhere reminding us of the rules, but it's impossible to rinse off before or after swimming. No water for feet when passing through... well, not to mention THERE: the cleanliness of the pool water leaves something to be desired!!! Full of dirt at the bottom, large clumps of hair too, and that's the case every day! In fact, a frog was swimming in the children's pool!!!! In terms of bacteria, it's scandalous! There is also the terrace in poor condition, holes everywhere... really a shame because there is plenty to do in this residence... but no assets highlighted. There is a damn ping-pong table lying around without hoping to get hit by a ball from the golf players that flies everywhere!!! Finally no sorry I do not validate this residence because there is a real lack of recognition towards the customer. The comments that say that everything is clean I have a doubt I heard my neighbor also on her arrival outraged by the state of her accommodation by the lack of cleanliness.

  While the welcome (person with a child at the reception desk) was very friendly, the stay at this hotel residence was very disappointing: -- dilapidated residence -- the cleaning of the accommodation leaves something to be desired (dirty dishes, dust, dirt on the sofa bed mattress) -- presence of cockroaches and spiders The general condition of this residence is shabby Pool: -- no shallow end to wash your feet before entering the deep end -- questions about the quality/cleanliness of the pool water In short, in my opinion, this is a service that does not live up to the standards of a 3-star residence
