Eighty One Brewing Small-scale craft brewery in Soual

Eighty One Brewing, a craft brewery, makes craft beers in a small town, Soual in the Tarn region!

David and Antonin are pleased to welcome you by appointment or from 2pm to 5pm at their production site, a true artisanal brewery on a human scale ; they are renowned for the quality of their products !

In their old building with its ornate framework, you will discover vats, pipes, bottles, and bags of malt in abundance, in addition to the authentic and friendly personality of our two young brewers!

Eighty One Brewery is a welcoming place where sharing and kindness are key. They've created their world around their passions: beer, nature, and sports, in addition to harmonious and carefully crafted recipes. They'll always be happy to share brewing tips or local attractions with you, knowing the area like the back of their hand.

You will find a permanent range in bottles:

• Wheat IPA : a hoppy beer with exotic fruit flavors.
• A traditional Lager : a pale ale with Germanic accents, malty and thirst-quenching.
• A Triple : a round and generous coppery blonde beer made with seasonal yeasts.

But also…

Eighty One brewery, ephemeral so-called "craft" beers presented at the biggest French beer festivals.

It is through their multiple and varied brews that they explore the entire universe of beer, with no limit to the exploration.

Imperial Stouts, IPAs, DDH IPAs, Fruit Sours, and Goses are just some of the styles they've mastered and offer. You'll find at least three current favorites with meticulously designed labels; everyone is sure to find a beer to suit their taste.

Not forgetting the classic services of a brasserie, namely:

• Rental of beer taps (beer pumps) and all the equipment needed to serve at a wedding, birthday, private party or large-scale event.
• Direct sales, bottled beers, 44cl cans, gift sets.
