Brasserie Oxit, authentic local beers to taste in the Tarn

Passion is the trigger for a beautiful story that led Émilie and Damien to launch a craft brewery in 2006. Launched on the family farm in Montgaillard, it is in the artisanal zone of Beauvais-sur-Tescou that you can find the local beers and soft drinks of these lovers of the Tarn. Open from Tuesday to Saturday (hours depending on the season), the shop also has a bar and afterwork area to toast with family or friends around a good beer from Brasserie Oxit. Enjoy!

Brasserie Oxit, a local and artisanal production in the Tarn

Blonde, white, amber, brown, triple or IPA, AB labeled beers are developed according to the rules of the art with mastered know-how. The recipes with local flavors are made from carefully selected 100% Occitan barley, a guarantee of quality from the earth to the bottle. Malted at the Malterie Occitane in Saint-Sulpice (81), the cereal is then crushed and mixed to obtain a paste called "maische". Brewing (or infusion), filtration, boiling, fermentation (or maturation) and then packaging are the following steps which allow to obtain a deliciously sparkling beer which delights the palate with gourmet flavors depending on the recipes. Stay tuned, some bottles are offered in limited edition like the Oxit de Printemps, perfect to quench your thirst as soon as summer arrives and the Oxit de Noël for the end of year celebrations.
