Keen to offer quality products, they carefully select the raw materials and closely monitor each stage of production. Patience, high standards and precision : this is the secret of these exceptional beers, 100% made in Tarn, which you will find in a varied range:

• La Benesta : a light Pale Ale (blonde) with floral and apricot notes
• La Tif Taf : an IPA with notes of citrus and exotic fruits
• La Sira : a Wheatbeer (white) brewed with green tea and peach blossoms
• La Saba : an Amber Ale with caramelized aromas
• La Sorelh : a dry and refreshing session IPA

Pop-up beers to be enjoyed at the source complement the menu throughout the year. Between 3 and 5 "beers of the moment" await you, including Sours, Gose, Saison, NEIPA, Grape Ale, Stout, and many more!
