To find out, head to the Brasserie Aürós in Cordes-sur-Ciel, less than 30 minutes from Albi, to meet passionate artisan brewers. Mathew, Chris, and Cédric are happy to welcome you for a guided tour and will reveal all the secrets of their 100% Tarn-made craft beers, giving you the chance to dive into the heart of hops.

Tours that combine discovery and tasting

Every Wednesday and Friday morning from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., this wonderful team of 3 brewers opens the doors to a world with a hoppy scent: that of beer. During this fascinating hour, they tell you their story and their projects, but also their passion for this very special terroir of the Tarn. The delicious aromas of their craft beers are not due to chance since they select exceptional raw materials in the region to create a range of beers with personalized recipes. Malting, brewing, hopping, fermentation, maturation... Each stage of production is carefully monitored and explained to you during the guided tour of the Aürós Brewery. Take the opportunity to ask all your questions before moving on to the tasting!

A unique brewery with craft beers 100% made in Tarn

The end of the tour marks the time for an aperitif, the opportunity to savor the beers discovered during the morning! Good news, the Aürós Brewery has a large, warm, wooded room as well as a large tree-lined courtyard where you can sit down to enjoy your favorite beer:

• La Benesta : a light Pale Ale (blonde) with floral and apricot notes
• La Tif Taf : an IPA with notes of citrus and exotic fruits
• La Sira : a Wheatbeer (white) brewed with green tea and peach blossoms
• La Saba : an Amber Ale with caramelized aromas
• La Sorelh : a dry and refreshing session IPA

Open to all, the bar offers a friendly atmosphere to lovers of good beer, but also to epicureans who discover the local drinks of Tarn and Aveyron. The good news? Brasserie Aürós organizes festive events throughout the year, follow them on social networks to not miss anything!
