    • Our family vineyard is located in Montans, a small village with Gallo-Roman remains in the heart of the Gaillac region. Our exceptional terroir and unique grape varieties allow us to offer a wide variety of wines.

      Our Vineyard:

Located 40 km northeast of Toulouse, the Gaillac appellation extends over both banks of the Tarn and as far as the Cordais plateau.

The vineyard's climate benefits from two influences: the mild oceanic climate and the Mediterranean heat which, in summer and autumn, accentuated by the Autan wind, ensure good ripeness of the grapes.

The Estate extends over 100 hectares of vines, all on three geologically different terroirs: gravel, clay-gravel, gravel-limestone.

This richness of terroir and soil allows us to produce and vinify a large number of unique and characterful grape varieties: Braucol, Duras and Prunelart for red or Loin de L'œil, Mauzac, and Muscadelle for white. All these grape varieties originating from our region bring their originality, elegance and strength to our wines.

Like our terroir and our grape varieties, our wines are complex and draw their strength from this diversity.

      Our Domain:

Domaine Carcenac is now run by Nicole and her son Cédric Carcenac, a family affair spanning several generations.

Today we are pleased to be able to present to you the work of all these years of tradition and know-how.

Our wines reflect our history, combining both distinctiveness and modernity. We would be delighted to introduce you to them during a tour and tasting at the estate.

Domaine Carcenac welcomes you for organized evenings or for all your occasions:

      • Tours and tastings on the estate
      • Concert aperitifs, a few musical notes and a gourmet plate with a little wine
      • Farm aperitifs, visit of the vineyard to the cellar and tasting of farm products and wines from the estate
      • Themed evenings
      • Wine tasting course
      • Open Days on the occasion of the Primeur
      • Weddings, birthdays, family celebrations...
      • Seminars and corporate events

We offer a wide range of layout and service options to meet all your needs, thanks to our 350 m² reception room, with a kitchen and terrace in the heart of the cellar.

Do not hesitate to contact us for any information and reservations.
