It is between Cordes-sur-Ciel and Albi, in Livers-Cazelles that the Rigaud family invites you to discover their magnificent farm where olive cultivation began in 2012. Their mastery of production techniques and the diversity of varieties planted allow them today to cultivate nearly 800 olive trees between the Aglandau, the Bouteillan or the Oliviere, fruit trees which offer a sublime green landscape that you can admire during a self-guided tour or a guided tour. The olives, harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November, are then crushed in the estate's olive oil mill (unique in the Tarn) , delivering an extra virgin oil with an inimitable taste.
