Caving is a multifaceted activity, combining sport, contemplation, and scientific exploration through the study of caves, sinkholes, and underground cavities. Accessible from age 5 and to people with certain disabilities (information available by phone), it leads you to explore a fragile and invisible world that unfolds beneath our feet, an unsuspected treasure to discover alongside a trained and state-certified guide. Take the time to equip yourself and listen to Laura's advice before descending into the subterranean depths, where your headlamp will be your only source of light. • The Pitchoun or Petit'Explo outing lasts 2 to 3 hours (from 5 years old).
• The Immersion outing between archaeology and underground mystery, lasting 3 hours or more depending on the number of participants.
• The aquatic excursion involves progressing through an underground river. 3.5 to 4 hours.
• Caving in the heart of the granite, in the legendary Sidobre area. A walk under the granite boulders, with short rappels full of thrills! From age 7.
• The introductory ropes course, a pleasant and sporty hike on the Sorèze plateau lasting 5 to 7 hours
• The vertical rope ascent to a depth of 100 meters underground requires 5 to 7 hours of effort.
• An unusual night, a true immersion in the underground world with a bivouac set up in a cave
• The major exploration outing is an underground progression on ropes lasting 6 to 8 hours.
