Perched on the 8th floor of the 3-star Ibis Styles hotel, Le Toit du Theatro offers the highest 360° view of Albi's Sainte-Cécile Cathedral. In this unique setting, come and share a dinner or a cocktail with us, enjoying a generous menu and a warm atmosphere until nightfall.

A generous menu to savor while gazing at the rooftops of Albi

At Toit du Theatro, the cuisine evolves with the seasons and the chef's inspiration. Our new menu showcases fresh produce and gourmet recipes, from revisited classics to the chef's own creations. Colorful salads, generous burgers, fish, meat, and homemade desserts—there's something for everyone.

At the bar, classic cocktails sit alongside house creations to accompany an aperitif with friends or to extend the evening while watching the sunset.

An evening on the terrace, a romantic dinner, a drink after work or a summer evening with friends... all occasions are good to get up high and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Albi.

Events are organized throughout the year on the Theatro Rooftop

Don't miss the festivities that bring the rooftop of the Ibis Styles to life! More than just a restaurant, Le Toit du Theatro is a true social hub where people enjoy meeting up, chatting, exchanging ideas, dining, and soaking up the atmosphere according to the year's program. And the program is varied, featuring concerts, DJ nights, pasta parties, yoga classes, painting sessions, salsa, bachata, and kizomba classes, as well as happy hours from Monday to Saturday, 5 pm to 7 pm, where you can savor delicious, colorful cocktails. Want to make the most of the weekend? Book your Sunday brunch with an all-you-can-eat option and enjoy a selection of sweet and savory dishes with a breathtaking view of Albi.

Note : Theatro's rooftop terrace is open from May to September before giving way to Theatro, located on the ground floor of the Ibis Styles hotel. The traditional, homemade cuisine is just as delicious, served in a warm and inviting setting.

Update June 2026: Big disappointment! The menu has become bland. And the dishes are inconsistently cooked. The only redeeming features are the friendly service and the still exceptional view. What a pleasant surprise! First, you have to be brave enough to enter the Ibis hotel and then take the elevator or the stairs to the 8th floor. But from there, what a view! A panorama of all of Albi, its cathedral, and the surrounding hills. The gastropub has a concise but delicious menu. Tapas from all over the world and for all tastes, accompanied by a wine list that is just as short but of high quality. What more could you ask for? For our evening, a special mention goes to Inès, who was lovely throughout the meal and who introduced our elderly mother to the secrets of Tarn whiskies.

I was very disappointed by this experience. I had checked the menu before booking to make sure my vegetarian mother would find something she liked. I was pleased to see there were many dishes that would suit her. Once we arrived, it was a completely different story: nothing but zucchini. One of the waiters told me that the menu I showed him was indeed from last year... Honestly, I would have left if it had been up to me. But the service, even for the aperitif, was extremely slow (they clearly need at least one more person in the dining room), and we didn't really have any alternatives nearby, apart from fast food. Once the four platters were served, we were, again, very disappointed by the quality. They looked nice, but were tasteless: bland... In short. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Besides having a waiter constantly on his phone, the others weren't particularly friendly. However, we enjoyed the foosball table, which we played as a family of four. On the other hand, don't count on the darts: since customers were taking their darts home, the restaurant decided to keep the game but no longer provides them. So remember to bring your own if you want to play! 😅
