    • La Fourchette Adroite, a culinary landmark to discover in the heart of Albi

Pleasure is always guaranteed at this restaurant, which offers fresh, market-driven cuisine that is 100% homemade. It's a pleasure of taste, of course, but also the pleasure of getting together, sharing good times, and discovering local produce through beautiful dishes. For lunch or dinner, let yourself be seduced by the delicious recipes of La Fourchette Adroite, served in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere.

Natural, seasonal cuisine to be enjoyed without moderation

The market is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for creating superb recipes that change with the seasons. More than just plates of food, La Fourchette Adroite offers dishes that perfectly reflect the richness of the local terroir. Fresh, raw ingredients are carefully prepared, preserving the quality and freshness of each ingredient sourced from local producers. While the menu is enticing, the set menus are equally so, whether it's the lunch menu (served Monday to Friday), the market menu, or the gourmet menu.

A wine-based approach that elevates market cuisine

La Fourchette Adroite invites you to enjoy a complete culinary experience, from glass to plate. While the dishes change with the seasons, the wine list is equally impressive and constantly adapts to complement the recipes. The professional and passionate team will guide you throughout your meal, selecting the perfect food and wine pairings to suit your tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer white, red, rosé, or sparkling wine, the recommendations are tailored to your needs and the tastings are personalized.

An unusual setting to enjoy a delicious meal in the heart of Albi

The restaurant's location is ideal for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of this episcopal city. Situated at the foot of Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, opposite the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, La Fourchette Adroite welcomes you to a dining room with modern architecture and an almost retro feel. The warm ambiance is enhanced by wooden furniture that perfectly complements the exposed brick beams. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides space for group gatherings and hosting professional or private events. The terrace, a favorite in warmer weather, offers a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Very disappointed! We've been to this restaurant several times and were never disappointed; the service and the food were excellent. But UNFORTUNATELY, THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP!!!! The prices are far too high for the quality offered!! They claim to use local and seasonal products, but melon as a starter and pineapple carpaccio for dessert—I doubt you'd find any of that here!!! - The starter was served cold (probably reheated in the microwave). - The 7-hour lamb dish with black garlic cream—I'm still looking for the black garlic—was a tiny piece of lamb, and the mashed potatoes were swimming in butter. We asked if the desserts were homemade, and the answer was, "Not today." If they're not homemade today, they certainly won't be tomorrow! This restaurant doesn't cook; it just assembles things, and that's all. What a shame!
