A pure delight awaits you in this friendly restaurant open every day, lunch and dinner, except Wednesday and Thursday. Balanced and carefully crafted, the elaborate dishes are little marvels to be savored throughout the year with an evolution of flavor according to the seasons. Chef Nicolas Roussel overflows with imagination to promote French cuisine by drawing inspiration from fresh and local products, a desire to promote his terroir and its producers who are highlighted in each of his recipes. Filet mignon and chorizo sauce, sea bream fillet and vegetable vierge, hamburger of the season served with homemade fries… There is something for everyone without forgetting the desserts which are delicious as you wish.

The renovation of the establishment reinforces this feeling of well-being with a contemporary decoration in a loft lounge spirit composed of wooden tables, a magnificent central brick beam and subdued lighting which gives an intimate feel to the room. Settle into a comfortable armchair to discover the menu and the 3 menus offered including the lunch formula served from Monday to Friday lunchtime, and let yourself be seduced by a wine list from the Gaillac estate with a beautiful Tarn aperitif offer.
