Inside, the large room, opening onto the park, extends this feeling of escape. Large bay windows let in the surrounding landscapes and natural light, while the fine materials, refined furnishings, and fireplace create a warm and contemporary atmosphere. In the kitchen, the young chef expresses a modern and sincere vision of gastronomy. His journey around the world, working in renowned establishments and experiencing diverse culinary cultures, has fueled his inspiration and enriched his technique. From his travels, he has retained a taste for discovery, spices, subtle combinations, and techniques from elsewhere, which he now blends with the treasures of his local region.

Deeply attached to the Tarn region and its bounty, he works closely with local producers such as Segalafrom for cheese, Alby foie gras, Remuaux honey, Segala veal, and garden vegetables, among others… and passionate artisans. Seasonal vegetables, carefully selected meats, fish depending on availability, aromatic herbs, and market produce combine to create a vibrant cuisine, guided by respect for the ingredients and the rhythm of nature.

The menus evolve with the seasons and the chef's inspiration. Each dish is conceived as a balance between creativity and simplicity, where the precision of the techniques highlights the quality of the ingredients. The flavors of Southwest France are delicately reinvented, enriched with contemporary touches and influences gleaned from the chef's travels.

In the dining room, attentive and discreet service enhances this experience with elegance and conviviality. For this season, our Chef offers a Menu starting from €55 for 3 courses and €79 for 5 courses which change regularly with the day's and season's arrivals.
