  One-week rental at the beginning of July 2025: cleaning (floors up to the worktop and kitchen wall units) done, no problem. On the other hand, some webs with beautiful spiders (I counted 8) in the large room: shame... The manager quickly took a vacuum cleaner to remove them, thank you. I was able to get a vacuum cleaner to go over everything again (including the grooves on the floor of the sliding window in the large room). Garden table on the balcony stained and baked by the sun: everything was changed immediately (ok, thank you, good responsiveness). Mattress on the bedroom bed made up of two small mattresses (clean, very good condition OK) but not the same height (one of the two had been changed). TNT channels on the television not up to date + no "bib" at the foot of the glass wall of the shower (so the water flows out of the bathtub). These are small things, certainly, but in a few minutes, everything can be corrected before the arrival of the guests (three-star residence). Otherwise the apartments are quite large and pleasant (air conditioning, television, wifi, sofa bed, dishwasher).
