  UNSANITARY ACCOMMODATION - VANCEOLE - Le Domaine du Green - Albi Rivières - We made a reservation at Le Domaine du Green for the period of October 25th to November 1st, 2026. Upon arrival, we found the accommodation to be in an unacceptable state of disrepair. The apartment had numerous hygiene problems: - a strong smell of stale tobacco permeating the entire apartment, particularly on the curtains next to the beds, the sofa, etc. - an unemptied trash can, - an uncleaned refrigerator still containing a yogurt from the previous tenant, - uncleaned and sticky floors, - a very dirty toilet with pubic hair and splashes of urine and feces, - soiled dishes still in place, - grease splatters on the kitchen walls and toaster, - dust everywhere: in the lampshades, on the walls, in the closets, and generally throughout the apartment, - dead insects, cobwebs, cockroaches (and even a golf ball under the TV stand), - hair in the bedroom closet, - mold in the bathroom near the ventilation system, - moldy bathtub grout and surrounding area, - ... The filth resulted not only from a lack of cleaning after the previous tenants, but more generally from a lack of regular maintenance of the apartment. Accommodation. Despite our extensive cleaning efforts upon arrival, which lasted an hour and a half (including washing the dishes), the smell of stale tobacco, dust, and mold were incompatible with our 3-year-old son's severe asthma. We were therefore forced to leave the accommodation on the first night and for the duration of our stay. This situation is unacceptable and incompatible with normal hotel service. We would never have booked at your establishment had we been aware of these deplorable hygiene conditions.
