    • Foie gras from Bec Fin, or the art of showcasing the Aveyron terroir

Foie gras is the jewel of Southwestern French gastronomy, and in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Maison Guy Au Bec Fin has made it its specialty. Since the fourth generation took over the business in 2002, this century-old establishment has breathed new life into this exceptional product. Working with a group of local duck farmers, the shop offers a tasting experience where rigorous selection meets bold, contemporary flavors.

A collection of semi-cooked pastries to delight the taste buds of gourmets.

Far from being content with the classics, the company has considerably expanded its range to surprise even the most discerning palates. The semi-cooked foie gras, the flagship of their production, is now available in original and refined recipes. Alongside the traditional "salt and pepper," one discovers unique creations such as semi-cooked foie gras with Aubrac tea, with Espelette pepper, or even with pistachios and gingerbread. Special mention goes to the limited-edition holiday release: a semi-cooked foie gras with poppy, developed through a ten-year collaboration with a passionate florist, offering a sweet and savory combination of rare delicacy.

The demand for quality, from the terrine to the fresh product

The " Au Bec Fin " signature is evident in every handcrafted product. For chefs, the fresh deveined foie gras is an essential ingredient, while lovers of fine charcuterie will appreciate the 100% chicken and 100% duck dry sausages, as well as the homemade pâtés. These pâtés, whether made with chicken, guinea fowl, or duck, are generously enriched with 25% foie gras, guaranteeing unparalleled creaminess.

Available all year round in cans or terrines, these products allow you to take a piece of Aveyron with you, whether you are a gourmet passing through or a regular at the shops in Versailles and Paris 17th.

Meat lovers, don't hesitate to visit the Au Bec Fin shops to also discover the excellence of their poultry expertise, passed down from generation to generation.

Fantastic shop with quality products: delicious and varied prepared dishes as well as easy-to-use raw ingredients! Béatrice and Bruno are very welcoming and offer excellent advice. A special mention for Papi Charles' canelés, which are absolutely divine. Thank you so much :)
