Whether you're ravenous or have a light appetite, the choice is vast, as the ever-changing menu offers gourmet meat and fish dishes, as well as delicious meal-sized salads, grilled meats, burgers, and always a few vegetarian options. Lamb chop, ribeye steak, whole trout… The ingredients are sourced locally, offering a taste of regional meat, charcuterie, cheeses, and vegetables, primarily from Ambias and nearby farms.
