      You will taste sweet or savory pancakes, Roquefort pastries, Aveyron tripe, aligot and its artisanal sausage as well as Aveyron desserts made from sheep's milk.

    The food is decent. The servers are very friendly. We are well received. The setting is typical. Excellent value for money.

    Well, not crazy because everything is reheated when serving, either on a hot plate or in the microwave. We can't really call it a restaurant.....only one "cook" and one waitress for about 60 people, of course.....it's okay..... but no more. However, the staff is welcoming and charming, which is always appreciated.
