Family visit with our two daughters, ages 5 and 9 (but the 9-year-old has severe multiple disabilities). Given her disability, which prevents her from fully enjoying the experience (no balance, no sight, her brain doesn't function...), I wonder if she still has to pay. One of us is already inevitably disadvantaged. We appreciated the exceptional gesture of offering our daughter free entry; the park clearly understood that her disability would prevent her from doing anything. So, THANK YOU 🙏. We had a lovely day, taking our time and letting ourselves be lulled by the rhythm of the park and the heat, which we didn't mind despite the 30-degree temperature. We arrived at 11:00 AM, explored a small part of the outdoor area, had lunch, checked out the entrance to the outdoor course, then explored the indoor area until 4:30 PM, and finished with the treasure hunt (outdoor course) until 7:00 PM. It was a smooth experience; we received excellent advice and support. Our 5-year-old daughter and we ourselves thoroughly enjoyed this family outing; it was a truly special moment. Our little one absolutely loved the "Pipo" exhibit, though she was a little disappointed to go without her dad and sister (the elevator wasn't working). And the mask game (treasure hunt). Watching the animals' behavior became a bit tedious after a while, and we felt the need to move around. Despite this, she was able to engage with many other things with our help. It's really well done and very fun. It's not easy to make such a subject so engaging. Regarding accessibility for people with disabilities, it's quite well thought out in most areas of the park. We were unlucky with the elevator being out of order for Pipo, but there is one available. There are also elevators inside, on both sides, for going down. In fact, we got stuck inside, and there's no call button for a single person. These access points allowed us to be together often, which is rare during visits and much appreciated. The outdoor path has steps and is sandy, so we adapted, tried, but gave up and split up. Despite everything, my partner managed to rejoin us via another route, but it was quite a workout. This allowed us to spend most of our time together as a family. Great day. It's important to take the time to truly appreciate and be attentive to all the little things happening around us. The snack bar is very good. Beautiful park to discover.

The outdoor area is very original. The indoor area is very disappointing: All the terrariums of unusual insects are in a single small room. The terrariums have very little greenery (and what little there is is plastic). There's almost no information about the insects on display, and the names are very generic (like "stick insect" or "cockroach"). Many terrariums feature only one species of ant. What's on display is the bare minimum for an "insect city" that's talked about hundreds of kilometers away. This city is really designed for families, not for insect enthusiasts.
