The fortified city of Varen

Varen is a beautiful fortified city, whose medieval heritage is very well preserved. You will take beautiful images of its Château du Doyenné and the old fortifications, but also of its authentic little heritage, such as its old oven, its fountain, its half-timbered houses... Extend your walk, outside the walls of the city to admire its old mill, on the banks of the Aveyron.

The banks of the Canal lateral de Garonne

Come and take a walk on the shady and wild banks of the Canal Latéral à la Garonne, in the town of Montech. Take the opportunity to discover an astonishing industrial heritage: the water slope. It is a clever and unique piece of engineering, of French design! Its design has been completely redesigned to make it a fun tourist site that is very popular with families.

The petrifying waterfall of Caylus

The petrifying waterfall of Caylus is an exceptional natural site in Tarn-et-Garonne. Nestled in the forest, limestone has deposited over time and formed this charming waterfall. It flows into a natural basin, of a turquoise blue which contrasts with the deep green of the vegetation. This is the ideal site to take some water effects!

Lauzerte multiplies the labels for its remarkable medieval heritage. Thus, it is classified among the "Most beautiful villages of France", the "Remarkable sites and cities", the "Great site Occitanie", and the "Cities and crafts"! It is therefore an exceptional place, where photographers, lovers of old stones and beautiful monuments, will be able to have fun. The confluence between the Tarn and the Garonne

Photographing the confluence between two large rivers is a rare image. It is in the commune of Boudou, on one side, and that of Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave, on the other, that this extraordinary encounter between the Garonne and the Tarn takes place. The geographical location of this junction is not always suitable for a good shot. Here, you will have a perfect view from the Belvedere, at the exit of the village of Boudou, or on its bridge which spans the Garonne river, after the confluence, and the Lateral Canal to the Garonne.
