To make bread, you need: flour, water, salt, sourdough starter, and love. But the recipe isn't so simple if the goal is to make GOOD bread ! Growing wheat is the first step to obtaining quality flour, milled in a stone mill. Next comes the natural sourdough starter, which is alive and constantly evolving. And let's not forget the important choice of salt, sourced from La Salorge (Nature et Progrès certified). With all these ingredients combined, all that's left is to knead, shape, and mold the future sourdough loaf to obtain a crusty product with a soft crumb after baking in a wood-fired oven, like a Chevet. From grain to bread, there's no better way to truly enjoy a delicious loaf.
