Passionate about their work and about nature, they spend their days between the meadows and fields, raising cows and cultivating seeds that will become healthy and delicious products. Come and meet these two nature lovers; they'll be waiting for you at the farm on Thursdays and at the Castres market every Saturday morning !

A delicious organic sourdough bread made in the Tarn region

To make bread you need: flour, water, salt, sourdough starter, and love. But the recipe isn't so simple if the goal is to make GOOD bread ! Growing wheat is the first step to obtaining quality flour, ground in a stone mill. Then comes the natural sourdough starter, which is alive and constantly evolving. With all these ingredients gathered, all that's left is to knead, shape, and mold the future sourdough loaf to obtain a crusty product with a soft crumb after baking. From grain to bread, there's no better way to truly enjoy a delicious loaf.

Bread, but not only that!

Because the En Banquet farm is a whole: no good bread without good wheat, no good wheat without manure, no manure without cows! And no organic farming without crop rotation and diversification. That's how you'll also have the pleasure of discovering beef boxes once a month, wheat flours, sunflower and camelina oils, lentils, chickpeas!... Almost a complete meal! Enjoy!

• At the location known as En Banquet in Puylaurens, on Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, reservation required.
• At the Castres market on Saturday mornings from 7am to 12pm (you can reserve your favorite products online before coming to the market)
