If you come to St. Paul-Cap-de-Joux, bring a torch or your cell phone!! In 1667, Gabriel Nicolas de La Reynie had street lighting installed. In 2025, St. Paul Town Hall will save French flora and fauna by turning off nighttime lighting!! Inventing that it's for the planet by installing LEDs. I invite the city council to take a walk through the towns of the Tarn region. Few are not lit, or only the outskirts (NEVER ALL OF THEM OR THE MAIN ROADS). And thank them because the growing insecurity in France is giving St. Paul-Cap-de-Joux chills after midnight!!
