  What a joy to discover or rediscover the pleasure of opening a good bottle of wine with friends or family. Based in Andillac, 20 minutes from Gaillac, Sophie and Nicolas are delighted to offer their vintages in the Tarn and surrounding regions, to delight all palates. A Pari du Sud, a story to discover over a glass... of wine, of course!
  A Southern Bet, beautiful wine-growing moments to share in the south
  What a beautiful story that of Sophie and Nicolas! Daughter of Paris and boy from the south, the name of the domain is obvious when this passionate couple starts working in the vineyard. Their goal? To make wines in their image, generous and gourmet, with all the flavors of the south combined in a bottle. As an aperitif, with starters, main courses or desserts, it doesn't matter when you toast, as long as there is the pleasure of sharing. This is what they want to do by distributing their production beyond the Tarn, to delight the palates of French epicureans. Stay tuned, Un Pari du Sud might cross borders!
  A Bet from the South, exceptional products to be enjoyed without moderation
  The estate covers 6 hectares of vines , planted on steep and sloping hillsides facing the Grésigne forest and the Andillac hills. Merlot for the red, Sauvignon for the white and Syrah for the rosé, the wines are produced using a single grape variety, revealing all the flavors of the fruit. Labeled HVE (High Environmental Value) and also a silver medalist with the first production of Sauvignon Blanc IGP Côte du Tarn at the Paris Agricultural Show in 2023, the quality of Un Pari du Sud wines is assured. Meet Sophie and Nicolas every year at the Salon du Goût, and during the summer on the property with the trilogy of summer parties, a perfect opportunity to raise a glass. Construction of a shop, organization of guided tours and development of a sparkling wine, Un Pari du Sud still has many surprises in store for you.

Very good tasting in the company of Sophie and Nicolas. We discover delicious wines full of love and passion. Great reward for their work. Perfect wines for an aperitif or even as an accompaniment to a good meal.

A southern bet, a beautiful story. A lovely tasting in the company of Sophie and Nicolas. They offer a red and a white that I really liked. I invite all wine lovers to taste it, and they will not be disappointed. These wines have a bright future...and should be consumed without moderation.😊

The fruity white is very good. As an aperitif but even with small dishes, I even combined it with good cheese. It goes very well with seafood despite the fruitiness... The red is very good, also light but with a good aroma. The freshly released rosé will accompany my summer, that’s for sure. I recommend. Let yourself be sincerely charmed.
