Les Vignals Castle is located in Cestayrols, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, on the first coasts of the right bank. Historically it was one of the first areas to work in organic in the 80s. After returning for a while to a conventional agricultural system, a new team is reconnecting with the past of Vignals by obtaining the Organic Agriculture label in 2013.

Olivier, the winegrower recreated a vast natural space, balanced, varied, sheltered from any chemical or industrial influence.

During your visit, we will welcome you in our tasting cellar to have a good time with family or friends. Our wide range of cuvées will undoubtedly delight your taste buds ! Several local products of which we know the taste qualities are on sale at the shop.
