Le Ray Gal de Lacaune, artisans in love with their land

Since 2010, the Galiber family has been passionately and expertly producing natural cured meats, dried in the open air in summer and winter in a natural dryer exposed to all the winds. Their goal is quality, which is why they favor short supply chains and local suppliers to create delicious artisanal charcuterie. The Label Rouge pork comes exclusively from producers in Tarn-Aveyron, whose slaughterhouse is located 2 km from the Ray Gal company. Passionate artisans, Jean-Jacques and Mary-Mary are even members of the brotherhood of Maseliers des Monts de Lacaune and Jean-Jacques is also an academic of French dry-cured ham. Silver medalist at the Paris Agricultural Competition for dry sausage in 2024, Gold medalist for dry sausage in 2025 and Silver medalist for dry ham in 2025. Multi-medalist at the International SAUCICREOR competition for its dry sausage, its dry sausage and its truffle-flavored sausage. Discover cured meat products from Lacaune, you will love the unique taste of its little mountain.

Le Ray Gal de Lacaune, high-end artisanal products

Production traditions are passed down from generation to generation to preserve the unique taste of Lacaune's artisanal and natural charcuterie. The dry charcuterie is first prepared using ancient methods in association with modern machines before being dried naturally. The result is tasty and fragrant with several quality products, dry hams, dry sausages, salami, coppas, lonzos, rosettes, or even dried filet mignons. Cooked charcuterie is also available such as bougnette, black pudding, double fat or the trio of pâté to discover at the Ray Gal boutique in Lacaune or on their online site . Treat yourself without delay with Ray Gal's artisanal products from Lacaune.

Dry Sausage, Sausage and Ham now benefit from the IGP Lacaune designation, a guarantee of a unique terroir and taste.
