      Since 2010, the Galiber family has been developing natural cured products with passion and expertise, dried in the open air in summer and winter in a natural dryer exposed to all the winds. Their desire is quality, which is why they favor the short circuit and local suppliers to produce delicious artisanal charcuterie. Label Rouge pork comes only from producers in Tarn-Aveyron, whose slaughterhouse is located 2 km from the Ray Gal company. Passionate craftsmen, Jean-Jacques and Mary-Mary are even part of the Maseliers des Monts de Lacaune brotherhood and Jean-Jacques is also an academician of French cured ham.
