Thanks to the transhumance of its beehives to areas such as the Montagne Noire, the Sidobre, the Ariège Pyrenees, the Corbières Audoises, and the Tarn plains, Les Ruches de Bellevue offers a diverse range of honeys with unique flavors. Among the available varieties are:

• Honey from white heather or from the Garrigues of the Hérault;
