How about discovering wine by starting with a pleasant stroll among the vines and the grapes? Free and accessible all year round if the weather permits (except during the harvest), the guided tour at Château les Vignals takes you to discover 7 grape varieties of the region. Spring, winter, autumn, summer, the colors of each season are deposited on the vines, a sublime spectacle punctuated by wild encounters. Animals also like to wander around the estate, keep your eyes wide open to spot a wild boar, a roe deer, a pheasant, a hare, a fox... Lasting around 1h30, the walk is suitable for children and adults who follow a map to understand the vines and their evolution.

Between May and September, Château les Vignals offers picnic options (for charcuterie lovers and vegetarians alike) to be enjoyed in a unique setting in the heart of the vineyards. Rillette, pâté, bread, cheese, chips, spreads, or even compote or almond crunchies for a sweet touch, they are complete and varied, and should be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Of course, a bottle of white, red, or rosé wine from the estate completes the picnic basket for a toast in the great outdoors, at the tables provided or under an awning if the rain starts to show its face.

The summer season is ideal for a festive and friendly moment in the Tarn. Every Thursday evening in summer, Château les Vignals organizes an open-air aperitif concert where groups with a variety of music perform in front of more than 1,000 people per evening. The catering provided by around fifteen food trucks promotes local producers while the wine bar offers the estate's wine as well as non-alcoholic drinks such as local apple juice or Gaillac lemonade. Order your drink, your meal and sit down at the large tables arranged around the estate to enjoy the sound of your favorite music. Perhaps you'll want to dance after coffee? Places are limited, so remember to arrive early to buy your entry ticket (no advance sales or reservations).
