The menu is structured around two worlds. Classics revisited with a southern sensibility : the “Britz”, a signature cocktail with quince liqueur and the Gaillac method, perfectly embodies the territorial roots of the house.

The signature cocktails reveal the bartender's personal touch : The Pink Panther with Jimador Tequila and prickly pear juice, the Lychee Blossom with Nikka Coffey Vodka and rose-jasmine bitters, or the Tatin with Christian Drouin Calvados … Precise blends, each glass telling a story.
