So it's with her creations that she can now speak of the cookies of Lavaur.

Today, Lavaur is the capital of the Pays de Cocagne, synonymous with carefree living and famous for its pastel culture. She wanted to develop her values by creating a brand that reflected her own style: handcrafting new tasty and generous pleasures.

It was necessary to work on the creation of the launch product (a manufacturing secret), and to carry out numerous tests before arriving at CROCAGNES. It's an original recipe. After tasting them with a large number of people, she worked with young people to develop a revisited recipe for cookies, and with the not-so-young to come up with a recipe for aniseed-flavored vauréens.
