    • Welcome to Lavit-de-Lomagne. From Lomagne? Yes ! It is an old region, shared between the nearby department of Gers and Tarn-et-Garonne. Also called "The Little French Tuscany", due to its mild climate, it was an important commercial crossroads. This is the territory of white garlic, a quality product, which comes from the generous, sunny land, nestled between the hills and valleys of this beautiful region. Beautiful bastides, churches, houses of character... There are many attractions there and Lavit is quite representative of this spirit of good living.

To find out more about Lomagne, don't miss a visit to La Maison de la Lomagne in Lavit, a well-illustrated permanent exhibition, to understand life in the heart of this viscounty. Pass by the Saint-Jacques church, with its 27-metre rectangular bell tower. Lavit Town Hall is a beautiful piece of architecture, dating from 1840. The Halle, all ironwork, has 32 cast iron columns. For walking and strolling, the small park and the large park open their gates to you.
