Useful information

Province : Tarn - L'Albigeois

  • English
    • Located 8km from Albi, you can discover in Saint-Juéry the Saut du Sabo site and its natural fall, in a rocky chao 18m high. Very close to this natural site is the Saut du Tarn Museum, which traces the history of the steelworks established here in 1824. Metal is forged there in a mixture of noise, dust and the characteristic smell of this type of industry. The museum is in a former hydroelectric plant. You will have the chance to relive the journey of this industrial adventure, unique in this place, through films, models and period documents.

Take advantage of being in Saint-Juéry to swim and relax at the Avalats nautical base. You will find a canoe base and a supervised bathing point in season.
