    • The story begins in the 19th century (in 1872), when Guilhaume COULET, a resident of Roquefort, undertook to dig a wine cellar under his house.

He discovers "Fleurines" (natural cracks in the rock) and decides to make a Roquefort ripening cellar.

Succeeding him in 1906, his son Gabriel COULET gave his name to the company and consolidated its notoriety. The prestigious brand is now managed by the great-great grandsons of Gabriel COULET.

Jean-Pierre and Emmanuel LAUR, which perpetuates throughout the world for its taste and smoothness.

A true Ambassador of French Gastronomy, Roquefort GABRIEL COULET is very popular with fine gourmets!

Several times Gold Medalist at the General Agricultural Competition in Paris, GABRIEL COULET's Roquefort "La Petite Cave" is highly prized by the great starred chefs of the French and international restaurants.

You will find GABRIEL COULET's "La Petite Cave" Roquefort exclusively at cheese makers and delicatessens.

Fantastic organic Roquefort. Generous tastings that you can help yourself at. Also a self-guided tour of their caves on site. We visited on a Sunday in Winter and were very impressed to find them open. They sell a fair range of local souvenirs as well.
