Overall very good for the type of hotel it is. The only bad comment I have is on the EV charging pricing. I understand it’s managed and run by Qvoltis and not IBIS directly but my main reason for choosing this hotel was to have EV charging during our long trip. One of the chargers didn’t work and the pricing was super expensive. It cost more than a fast super charger to charge at the slow charger here!
The people who work here are really lovely and helpful. The only reason I give it a 4 rather than 5 is that there wasn’t a great place to hang out clothes.
Regular hotel. Free WiFi is slow and premium WiFi is not take great. Place is clean, rooms are normal. Not a lot of place to hang clothes. breakfast served is OK. View is not exceptional. Prices are bit expensive.. You can get food 24/24.. (microwaved or steamed).

The IBIS is located about 5 - 10 minutes' level walk from the centre of Lavaur, making it very convenient for local restaurants. There are also shops nearby if needed. The staff are welcoming...
