    • Welcome to the Relays du Chasteau in Aveyron. For five generations, our family has been welcoming those who love peace and quiet and good food with simplicity.

      Rest assured, lulled by the lapping of the stream, in the small rooms overlooking the imposing fortified castle.

      An ideal stopover between Millau and Albi, come and taste our generous family cuisine with a beautiful South-West accent. Our chef offers traditional cuisine, made from local produce : Aveyron veal, lamb sweetbreads, foie gras... not forgetting the highlighting by Sybile and Sarah of small regional wines for a truly Aveyron meal!

    The Relays du Château is a highly recommended, intimate hotel. The location at the foot of the castle is superb and enhanced by the nighttime lighting. The cuisine is more than worthy of that of more prestigious establishments. A truly wonderful discovery.

    A fine inn run by the same family for several generations. Located in a unique setting. Gourmet meal: foie gras, lamb sweetbreads, roasted peach. Extensive wine list. Fresh flowers on the table. Cloth tablecloth and napkins. Clean, newly renovated room with a beautiful view of a fortified castle and the gentle sound of a small river flowing below. Discreet and impeccable service and welcome.

    I know this place well, having been coming here since my teenage years. It's still as good and popular as ever. The restaurant offers delicious dishes à la carte or from the set menu using local produce. The service is perfect. Excellent value for money. And what's more, it's located in a magnificent medieval village.
