    • Welcome to the Relays du Chasteau in Aveyron. For five generations, our family has been welcoming lovers of calm and good food.

      Rest assured, lulled by the lapping of the stream, in the small rooms that look out over the imposing fortified castle.

      Ideal stopover between Millau and Albi, come and taste our family and generous cuisine with a beautiful South-West accent. Our chef offers you traditional cuisine, made from local products: Aveyronnais veal, lamb sweetbreads, foie gras… not to mention the presentation by Sybile and Sarah, of small regional wines for a meal all Aveyronnais!

    What can I say other than that this place is a true haven of peace. An idyllic setting with a view of the village of Brousse-le-Château and the sound of the river in the background. Magical. The rooms have been carefully and tastefully renovated. They are welcoming and clean. The restaurant, with Chef Bang at the helm, is excellent. It combines the influences of his Vietnamese origins with local flavors. To die for. I really love the shredded duck ravioli, which is worth the detour. The staff is attentive from start to finish. It's a joy to see three generations of this family united in this family-run establishment, continuing to live and share their passion. A haven of peace that I truly invite you to come and discover. For my part, I'm sure I'll return. Thank you to the entire team. A real pleasure.
