    • Welcome to the Relays du Chasteau in Aveyron. For five generations, our family has been welcoming those who love peace and quiet and good food with simplicity.

      Rest assured, lulled by the lapping of the stream, in the small rooms overlooking the imposing fortified castle.

      An ideal stopover between Millau and Albi, come and taste our generous family cuisine with a beautiful South-West accent. Our chef offers traditional cuisine, made from local produce : Aveyron veal, lamb sweetbreads, foie gras... not forgetting the highlighting by Sybile and Sarah of small regional wines for a truly Aveyron meal!

    Second lunch this August on the terrace in this magical place. Once again, everything was perfect: welcome, service, setting, and unrivaled value for money. True gastronomy. We will return as soon as we can. Congratulations to this young couple of restaurateurs (and hoteliers) who proudly carry the colors of their profession.
