Located upstairs (except for one on the ground floor), the five guest rooms attract guests with their elegance and character, offering travelers and vacationers a privileged space to relax. Flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, exceptionally comfortable king-size beds, and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities—these havens of peace have everything needed for a perfect getaway. Facing the garden, they feature themed décor including:

Their kindness, professionalism, and love for their craft are evident in every detail. They perfectly embody the spirit of L’Inattendu: authenticity, elegance, and conviviality. In the kitchen, renowned chef Christophe performs truly masterful work. His gastronomic cuisine is simply exceptional. Each dish is a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. The meal is simply remarkable: high-quality ingredients, expertly prepared, flavorful, and generous dishes from start to finish. Exceptional service thanks to Benoît! We discovered this restaurant in Lavaur and it was a truly wonderful culinary experience with delicious dishes. We were fortunate to be served by Benoît. A waiter who perfectly combines discretion and efficiency. Always smiling, attentive, and highly skilled, he demonstrates a real talent for making customers feel comfortable and enhancing the dining experience.
