A very enjoyable family activity. The driver was also very kind. We learned lots of great things.

I was traveling with my 11-year-old son. The driver didn't even ask his age and immediately charged the adult fare of €9. However, the fare for children under 12 is €7. When I pointed out the error to the driver, specifying that my son is 11, he didn't acknowledge his mistake and never offered to refund the €2 difference. I am very disappointed by this situation, which I find unfair and unprofessional. Update: We received a very quick response from the company, and the situation was resolved very positively. Thank you for your promptness.
