Defined as Albi's future "House of Happiness" by Gabriel and Ilona, Pachamama is named after a mother goddess among the Incas in South America. With Latin tapas (called bocas), salads, revisited pizzas and dishes inspired from around the world, the restaurant treats you to recipes made with fresh, local produce. The kitchen's long opening hours mean you can enjoy homemade dishes until 10:30pm in the evening, either in the air-conditioned dining room or on the spacious terrace.
