    • Les Chocolats de Josépha, chocolate workshops for all gourmets in the Tarn

In a small alley in the city of Castres, opposite Place Jean-Jaurès in the heart of the city center, Josépha welcomes you with a smile into her chocolate universe. Passionate and invested, she overflows with imagination to amaze your taste buds at each tasting. Come and learn about the profession of chocolatier, and taste exceptional products.

Les Chocolats de Josépha, fun and intimate chocolate workshops in Castres

Fondue, in tablets or in candy, the cocoa bean comes in several gourmet and tasty forms. At the back of the shop, take a seat in the laboratory to learn how to work with chocolate with Josépha. Groups of 5 people allow the chocolate maker to be available to answer all your questions. Work like professionals with all the equipment at your disposal, and immerse yourself in the fragrant and bewitching world of chocolate. Remember to book, and experience a moment of exchange and sharing with chocolate buffs. Be careful, you will make people jealous, the workshop is visible from the outside. If you simply want to taste, the shop is open all week and on Saturdays, to satisfy your discerning palates.

Les Chocolats de Josépha, gourmet and homemade chocolates in the Tarn

Josépha's priority is quality. This is why all the chocolates are homemade and made from cocoa beans carefully selected according to their strength and flavor. In love with her region, she naturally works with local products such as almonds from Montauban, hazelnuts from Gers, honey from the Montagnes Noires or strawberries from Graulhet. Her rigor and dexterity have been rewarded since she won the 2023 guide to chocolate crunchers, recognition of the quality of her recipes and the flavors of her chocolates. Delicacies, tablets, boxes, specialties, its range is varied and changes with the seasons. When the good weather arrives, enjoy delicious homemade ice cream with a vanilla or pistachio heart, or savor an iced eskimo. Let yourself go, chocolate is good for your health.
