    • OUR STORY

Sophie and Nicolas, a meeting between a girl from Paris and a guy from the South of France. We bought vines in Andillac (81) to produce our own wine and share our values over a good bottle. Un Pari Du Sud was born.

      OUR VINEYARDS

In the heart of the bastide towns and the Gaillac vineyards, our vineyards are ideally situated, with panoramic views over the Grésigne forest and the hills of Andillac.

Nestling on beautiful slopes and a wide overhang, the vines face mainly south and south-west, allowing them to develop their full potential. Thanks to this privileged geographical position, our vines benefit from optimum sunshine and are bathed in light throughout the day.

These ideal conditions encourage optimum ripening of the grapes, resulting in wines of exceptional quality. Our unique terroir and traditional know-how make our wines exceptional products, rich in flavour and character.

Very good tasting in the company of Sophie and Nicolas. We discover delicious wines full of love and passion. Great reward for their work. Perfect wines for an aperitif or even as an accompaniment to a good meal.

The fruity white is very good. As an aperitif but even with small dishes, I even combined it with good cheese. It goes very well with seafood despite the fruitiness... The red is very good, also light but with a good aroma. The freshly released rosé will accompany my summer, that’s for sure. I recommend. Let yourself be sincerely charmed.

A southern bet, a beautiful story. A lovely tasting in the company of Sophie and Nicolas. They offer a red and a white that I really liked. I invite all wine lovers to taste it, and they will not be disappointed. These wines have a bright future...and should be consumed without moderation.😊
