- On the border of Tarn-et-Garonne and close to Penne, Vaour is a charming, lively and joyful little village of around 350 inhabitants. It is the Festival of laughter "L'été de Vaour" in August every year since 1986, which attests to the flourishing community life in this small town. Shows are organized throughout the village and local producers come to offer delicious typical dishes to festival-goers. In Vaour, you can visit a former Templar commandery. Even if only the ruins remain, it is a most interesting visit to immerse yourself in the past. To go back even further in the past, go see the Dolmen de Peyrelade. The market takes place on Thursday morning in Vaour.
