    • Lakes of Laouzas and La Raviège: a great escape in the Tarn

Don't know what to do this summer? Put on your swimsuits and embark on a fantastic water adventure between the verdant mountains and crystal-clear waters of Lakes Laouzas and La Raviège. Free access to the leisure centers allows everyone to enjoy the pleasures of the water in the tranquility of an exceptional natural environment, while thrill-seekers can have fun with a variety of outdoor activities. Whether with family or friends, the day promises to be full of excitement!

Base of Bouldouïres – Lac de La Raviège

A true haven of peace awaits you on the shores of the lake, nestled in a pleasant, shady grove. Located just minutes from the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agout, the Bouldouïres recreation area is the perfect destination for enjoying the great outdoors. The sparkling waters of the lake are the first thing that draws you in, inviting young and old to dive from the sandy beach under the watchful eyes of lifeguards during the summer months. Further along, the sound of children's laughter breaks the soothing silence of nature, much to the delight of parents who watch them having fun on the playground and inflatable structures while preparing lunch. Picnic tables and barbecues offer the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the shade before digesting with a game of pétanque, volleyball, or homeball. Canoeing, sailing, pedal boats, paddleboarding, boat trips or even water skiing for the more athletic, 100% refreshing activities are offered at the Bouldouïres base, perfectly complementing outdoor activities such as tree climbing and its multiple courses, cani-walking with adorable dogs.

For an original discovery, take the "On the trail of the Drac" trail, a fun route that tells the legend of this totemic animal while inviting young and old to recognize different animal footprints.

      Rieumontagné Base – Lake Laouzas

Easily accessible, less than 10 minutes from Nages, the Rieumontagné leisure park is the ideal option for a refreshing summer in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. Its unspoiled natural setting invites relaxation with a lovely grassy beach shaded by trees (phew, no sand at home!) and supervised swimming in a designated area during the summer. Even toddlers enjoy splashing around in the playground and paddling pool, while a heated and supervised swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) allows more athletic individuals to train. Prefer to stay dry? Challenge family and friends to a game of pétanque, table tennis, volleyball, or basketball, while the more athletic can try out the 12 stations of the fitness trail. After all that exercise, it's time to relax! Whether you're team picnic or team barbecue, there's something for everyone. The tables set up in the shade are perfect for a snack without suffering from the heat (or melting your afternoon chocolate). Four barbecues are also available for grilling enthusiasts, as well as a campfire area that's popular in the evening for sharing toasted marshmallows.

Between relaxation, water sports and outdoor activities, the lakes of Laouzas and La Raviège offer you an authentic getaway in the heart of a preserved territory.

Need more information? Head to the meeting point to ask your questions and get information on the many activities: water park, bungee trampoline, sailing lessons, paddle rentals, windsurfing, catamaran, pedal boats, motorboat, canoe, kayak, electric bikes, cani-walking.

For those less athletic, the museum of peasant life, 500m from the leisure centre, will allow you to spend a moment reminiscing.
