Just 10 minutes from Lacaune and 1 hour from Castres, Éric and Virginie welcome you all year round to their old 1980s house, which used to be a service station. Homemade is the priority of these two epicureans who only work with fresh, local and seasonal products. From aperitifs to coffee, everything is prepared on site by Éric in the kitchen, who is brimming with ideas, and creates traditional and modernized recipes. Trout from the Lacaunaise mountains marinated by us, minced beef tartares on the spot, burgers with bread and homemade fries. The menu is simple and varied, to satisfy all palates. At lunchtime, a lunch menu is available with a complete menu that changes every day according to Éric's inspiration. Open the wine list to accompany your meal, Virginie selects vintages from small producers who respect their terroir, labeled Demeter, Nature et Progrès. Wine tastings are also offered by Virginie twice a year on the theme of natural wines.
