The Laux botanical trail Nature Reserves in Montézic

The Laux Botanical Trail is a hiking trail, located on the borders of Aveyron, in the Pays du Haut-Rouergue. Le Laux is a locality in the town of Montézic. The circuit is laid out, with a picnic area, and very well documented, thanks to the 25 information panels that help you discover the region.

This natural area is criss-crossed by paths that lead you to many points of interest: the Cascade du Saut du Chien, the Pic du Castel de Montézic, the Gorges de la Truyère... You can also take the Route de l'Energie to visit the dams and better understand the hydropower system.
