In 2016, this former wine farm from the beginning of the 19th century, with its stable, its equestrian arena and its wooded park, became a guest house called Brin de Cocagne. Today, this property in the heart of 2 hectares of meadows where many species of trees have replaced the vines is a family home of character appreciated for its calm and authenticity.
The park is a peaceful place, ideal for walking, reading or simply dreaming in the shade of its many trees. You can stroll there as you wish, throughout your stay. The natural swimming pool in its green setting, lined with rushes and flowers, will bring you a feeling of softness and well-being during your swim.
Their four rooms, Toulouse Lautrec, Safran, Occitane and Lapérouse, whose themes encourage a journey of the senses, are a nod to some of their family passions, painting, travel and the art of living in this beautiful region. Elegant, spacious and comfortable, their rooms have been designed to allow you to experience a unique and privileged moment where authenticity and serenity take on their full meaning.
Hearty and delicious breakfasts
They will be pleased to welcome you for breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Breakfasts are served at the table, a la carte, on the terrace in front of the house, or in the dining room depending on the seasons and the weather.

They will offer you their table d'hôtes on request and reservation 24 hours in advance (except Mondays)
Dinner is served at 8 p.m., on the terrace or in the dining room depending on the season and the weather.
At 7:30 p.m., they will have the pleasure of inviting you to a welcome drink to get to know each other and give you information and tips for your stay.
All their menus are created using fresh seasonal produce, from their local producers and according to the inspiration of the hostess.

Wine, one of their passions, is in the spotlight at Brin de Cocagne, in particular Gaillac and Côtes du Tarn, of which we will introduce you to some gems.
For this reason, Brin de Cocagne is part of the Vignobles & Découvertes label.
New: Le Brin de Cocagne offers you (by reservation) its car with driver (paid service) for the station or the airport, for restaurants or simply to let you drive to the tourist sites of the region.
