Les Mirliflores is the story of a friendship and common passions for history and pastry.
Elisa and Gwenaëlle, met during their studies of History in Master Heritage. In 2017, after working in various cultural structures, they decided to make their two passions their profession by creating the artisanal biscuit factory Les Mirliflores in an old farm in the Tarn.
Fruit of a long work of research in various historical, culinary, medicinal or iconographic documents, their gourmet and artisanal products are the result of many hours spent testing and rediscovering pastry through the centuries.

All products are handcrafted in the biscuit factory, favoring local raw materials to guarantee you quality, authentic and tasty products.
