Taste History !

Les Mirliflores is the story of a friendship and shared passions for history and pastries.

Elisa and Gwenaëlle met during their History studies in the Heritage Masters program . In 2017 , after working in various cultural organizations, they decided to turn their two passions into their profession by creating the artisanal biscuit factory Les Mirliflores in an old farm in the Tarn.

The result of extensive research into various historical, culinary, medicinal and iconographic documents , their gourmet and artisanal products are the result of many hours spent testing and rediscovering pastries through the centuries.

Discover authentic and delicious biscuits and beverages, inspired by the recipes of our ancestors. These forgotten flavors will take you on a journey through the centuries, from the Middle Ages, through the Renaissance to the First World War !

What do they want ? To entertain you while enjoying yourself. That's why you can discover the history of biscuits in a booklet slipped inside each box of biscuits.

All products are handcrafted in the biscuit workshop, using local raw materials to guarantee you quality, authentic and tasty products.
