    • Beekeepers for more than 30 years, installed at the Moulin d'Olivery in Puycelsi in the Tarn, we raise 1,200 bee colonies and produce very diverse honeys in the image of our territory.

At the crossroads between Tarn, Tarn and Garonne, Aveyron and Haute Garonne, our bees forage for acacia, chestnut and wild flowers which they find in particular in the forests of Grésigne and Sivens. In summer, the beehives are moved to fields of sunflowers, buckwheat, and other meadow flowers for which our creamy honey is famous and is the most appreciated and the most requested.

We have always been keen to participate in the dynamics of the circuit of the Albigensian bastides of which we are part. Our honey house ensures the direct sale of our beehive products! All year round you can come and taste our different honeys, be advised for a cure of royal jelly or fresh pollen. The shop offers a friendly setting where it is good to discuss and discuss the mysterious life of bees.

The Puycelsi honey farm is a family business, our profession fascinates us and the meteorological or agricultural complications only develop our sense of adaptation and our desire to always work for the well-being of our bees.

Do not hesitate to call before coming to make an appointment. We also deliver around twenty shops selling local products.

Magical place in the image of their owners. Honey and bee products are of rare quality. Do not hesitate to stop there, it is clearly worth the detour.
